Owned: discovery, architecture, evaluation design, and production handoff for a $2M program and team of 8.

Built a six-agent, ontology-first system over unstructured diligence materials, with governed retrieval and GraphRAG.

Outcome: diligence reduced from ~4 months to ~1 hour.

Enterprise knowledge operations

Agentic GraphRAG Copilot for Cross-Team Data Retrieval

Problem: operational teams were losing hours locating reliable information across documents, databases, and internal tools.

Designed a GraphRAG copilot with source-grounded retrieval and regression evaluation.

Outcome: cross-team data-retrieval time reduced by ~82%.

All-in-One Agentic Platform for Managers

Problem: managers took weeks to adopt new tools and navigate fragmented internal knowledge.

Built a multi-agent platform connecting documentation, project data, and internal tools around their daily workflow.

Outcome: technology-adoption time cut from 6 weeks to 3.

Vision AI Agent for Jobsite Safety

At Modalina AI, an NVIDIA Inception startup, built my second AI startup: a construction-safety system with five VLM agents using NVIDIA NIM for visual inspection and incident triage. The MVP is complete; production hardening is underway.

Outcome: ~15 hours/week returned to safety supervisors.

At ARTIAL (Techstars Berlin <> AUDI '23), solo-built autonomous visual navigation for a self-flying drone on NVIDIA Jetson Nano, using C++/ROS, PX4, and ORB-SLAM3.
